ASD:Suite© for rapid software design and defect-Free code
Pay-Per-Use (PPU) business model
Use the ASD:Suite with no risk
ASD:Suite is now available to users of the Standard or Professional editions on a Pay-Per-Use (PPU) basis, a more flexible licensing scheme than the standard subscriptions providing the opportunity to use ASD with no risk.
Multiple Benefits of Pay-Per-Use
 | Pay only when you are using ASD:Suite. Because the PPU model is based on actual connection time with the ASD Server, it is more compatible with the cyclic nature of software development, which is usually most intensive during the early stages of the lifecycle and least intensive during the maintenance and support stages. This is especially important for small and medium sized customers who run few concurrent development projects. |
| | |
 | Pay by the hour. ASD:Suite users who sell their development services, or who cost their development time in terms of manhours, are likely to have a strong preference for a pay-by-the-hour-used option. These customers don’t have to justify a license and they can simply add the cost of using ASD to their hourly rate. |
| | |
 | Volume discounts. As connection time increases, hourly rate decreases. And, the more hours used, the greater the discount. Customers now have the opportunity to accelerate the adoption of ASD:Suite without the risk of under/over use inherent with standard subscription models. |
| | |
| Simplified licensing reduces overhead. Customers no longer need to keep track of seat- or user-related restrictions as they would with a standard subscription model that is based on a seat or user licensing schemes. |
| | |
 | Flexible contract periods. Verum is also offering volume discounts with flexible payment plans to customers who want a contract for a period longer than the standard 12-months. |
The ASD:Suite subscription and Pay-Per-Use (PPU) business models differ and serve different purposes.
